RETURN & REFUND POLICY

FOR GENUINE RETURNS

We offer only bulk pricing and sell in bulk for international users majorly.

We offer our customers / patrons a warranty against manufacturing defects* for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase for all our branded products. Should you find your product developing a problem within 15 days of purchase, do email us and along with photos (at least 3).

The DezinAura  products goes through a mandatory quality control inspection to maintain the highest International standards. We use high quality accessories, zippers and linings. Our Leathers are sourced from REACH certified tanneries and factories around the world.

Should you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase from dezinaura.com, you can return the product to us in exchange for a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We shall refund only after receiving the shipped items

If in case a replacement is not available we will arrange a full refund.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  INDIA. We shall inform when we ship out

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over USD 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

We understand you may change your mind, therefore cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, providing the order has not already been processed and shipped. You can mail us your cancellation request with your Order number at DEZINAURA@GMAIL.COM. Ensure you get a return mail of cancellation of order. 

Special items such as jackets cannot be returned or refunded.

Disclaimer : *(Leather is a natural material and tends to scratch, soften and change colour with age. These do not constitute manufacturing defects but we would be happy to recondition your product for you free of charge within the warranty period of 3 months)
